通过直播源码如何搭建一个属于自己的直播平台？
现在直播非常火爆，可以从PC或手机直播，然后从PC或是手机或是 支持HTML5的浏览
器 收看。但是，你知道直播平台后面的技术和实现原理码？
正好去年过年的时候，一个朋友破解了AirPlay和Chromecast协议，然后开发了一套技
术能够截获和播放任何手机（iOS或是Android）屏幕上的任何内容。想到的第一个应用是做
一个 直播的直播服务 。比如，通过屏幕直播，你可以邀请朋友看你正在看的直播的电影，
球赛，演唱会，晚会，不管是免费的还是付费的。当初的想法是将屏幕的内容，通过
AirPlay或Chromecast，推送到后台服务器，然后，受邀的朋友就可以从浏览器或是其它视
频播放器观看了。为此，我们搭建和开发了一个直播平台，现在把我们实现的过程记录下来
和大家共享。首先，视频有它的播放协议。原则上，RTSP，RTMP，HTTP都可以做直播和点播
，但一般做直播用RTSP和RTMP，做点播用HTTP。我们选用的是RTMP协议。
RTMP（Real Time Message Protocol／实时信息传输协议）是应用层协议，靠底层传输层协
议（通常是TCP）来保证信息传输的可靠性的。在TCP链接建立后，RTMP协议也要客户端和服
务器通过“握手”来建立RTMP Connection，然后在Connection上传输控制信息。RTMP协议
传输时会对数据格式化，而实际传输的时候为了更好地实现多路复用、分包和信息的公平性
，发送端会把Message划分为带有Message ID的Chunk，每个Chunk可能是一个单独的Message
，也可能是Message的一部分，在接受端会根据Chunk中包含的data的长度，message id和
message的长度把chunk还原成完整的Message，从而实现信息的收发。
我们看看两个常用的视频服务。一个是由客户端向服务器发起请求推流到服务器，这个就是
直播的播放服务.另一个是由客户端向服务器发起请求从服务器端接受数据，可以多次调用
，这就是播放服务。RTMP是直播后面的协议，有很多的开源软件实现了，细节我们不再细说
。下面，我们看看怎么搭建后台服务系统。
直播客户端（后面我们要介绍的OBS）将实时视频推送到NGINX的RTMP模块。RTMP模块会根据
配置将视频流转换成HLS文件。这时，HLS文件可以使用两种模式播放。一是点播VOD模式，
下载当前时间点可以获取到所有index文件和ts文件，并播放。这种模式允许客户端访问全
部内容，不一定是实时内容。二是Live 模式，实时生成m3u8和ts文件。它的索引文件一直
处于动态变化的，播放的时候需要不断下载index文件，以获得最新生成的ts文件播放视频
。一般来说，实况直播时，会有一些延时。下面，来看一个JS实现的HLS player，嵌入到支
持HTML5的浏览器就可以播放HLS文件。
基于上面描述的技术和开源系统，我们用PHP实现了一个简单的支持多用户的直播平台。
用户可以注册，登录，follow/unfollow，评论，标签，收看，直播（每个用户有自己的直
播密钥），等等。直播的精髓都应该讨论到了，如果将系统sharding，分层，SOA化，负载
均衡，cache，就可以搭建出一个可扩展的大规模的直播平台。

情况是这样的，假如现在你有两个工作offer，一个给你丰厚的薪水，另一个给你更好的平台。你要选哪个？这对大多数人来说是一个艰难的选择。
在那些能影响你达成事业目标和更大成功的关键因素里，做出好的，可靠的工作决定的能力是最重要的因素之一。所以当我对面临这种决定的求职者们给出建议时，我尽力让他们看到全局。特别是，我会让他们思考三个问题，它们分别是：
1) 这笔钱／更好的平台能为你的职业带来更大的成功吗？如果你无需放弃其他东西，就能得到更多钱，那何乐而不为呢？但是，要想拿到这笔钱，你就得交换对职业发展和未来的成功更有利的机会，那该怎么办？
许多人都会犯一个大错——仅从短期角度看待他们的工作决定。他们不会考虑今天的工作会对未来的成功有何影响。尽管更高的工资能为你带来具有吸引力的短期效益，但它不会帮助你成长，培养你的能力，以便在未来取得更大的成功。但是，一个更好的平台可以做到这一点。
2) $???工资／更好的平台会改变你的人生吗？假设你选择年薪多$3000或者$4000一年的offer，但发展空间和机会比另一个offer少。这笔钱会对你在职业生涯取得更大成功的能力产生很大影响吗？它是一个大到可以改变你的人生的数目吗？
可能会。你可以把钱花在能帮助你提高的课程上，搬到离公司更近的地方，从而减少上下班时间，省下更多精力用于工作上。但从今往后的1-2年里，你的职业生涯状况会有多大程度的提高？再次重申，虽然现在工资高，但它不太可能对你未来成功产生多大影响，但一个更好的平台可以做到这一点。
3)&你未来的价值有多少？特别是，我看到许多候选人选择了他们认为发展比原公司更好，机会比原公司更多的offer。在辞职时，原公司给他们加薪，有时，还会提拔他们。因此，他们会改变主意，决定留在原公司，这一决定已经阻碍了他们的发展和成功。
在许多情况下，用不了多长时间大多数人就会为自己的决定而后悔。实际上，他们是在用自己的未来做交换。涨薪水的感觉起初会很好，直到，他们了解到现实，意识到自己的工作情况和职业前景其实并未改变。他们清楚地认识到，自己不想在这个地方待下去，就算涨薪水也不会让他们感觉好起来。
我从来不会和别人说，钱不重要。钱当然很重要。我从来不会因为一个人非常关心薪水，就妄下评论。我不知道别人会用它做什么。也许他们会用它来帮助别人，照顾父母，把孩子送到一所更好的学校，或者只是想多出去旅行，找一个私人健身教练，在更好的餐馆吃饭。这些理由都没有什么问题。
但我会告诉他们，如果你真的关心钱，那就应该想清楚如何才能在一整个职业生涯中赚到更多钱，而不仅仅是关心今天赚多少钱。赚大钱的是能够提供更多价值，承担更大的角色和责任的人，他们最后都赚到了大钱。所以，如果你一心钻到钱眼里，你该问问自己这个问题：“你是怎么成为这种人的？”
到头来，你志向越远大，越想拥有巨大的潜力，越想变得优秀，你就越应该关心和优先考虑你加入的平台。现实是，无论你多么勤奋，多么有能力，有上进心，你也会受到小平台的束缚，阻碍你实现梦寐以求的成功。
当然，拒绝更高的薪水并不容易，选择高薪而不是好平台的理由也有很多。然而，在所有影响你取得职业目标获得职业成功的关键因素里，做对决定是最重要的。
然而，就重大工作决定而言，我只想说，在职业生涯走得更高，走得更快的人不会优先考虑今天能赚到多少钱。他们会优先考虑能帮助他们成长得更快，提高他们的赚钱能力，并在未来获得更好机会的平台。然后，尽最大努力，在可以到达的最佳平台上，赚最多的钱。
3 Key Questions That Will Help You When Choosing Between&More Money vs. Better Platform
Here’s the situation.&You have two job offers, one that offers you a lot more money and another that offers you a much better platform.&Which do you choose?&It’s a tough decision for most.&
Among the key success factors that most impact your ability to achieve your career objectives and greater success, making good, solid job decisions is one of the top ones.&So when advising candidates facing such a decision, I try to get them to view the big picture.&In particular, I ask them to think about three questions.&They are . . .
1)&&&Will this money or a better platform create greater success for your career?&If you can get more money without giving up anything, then why not?&But what if that money means trading off another opportunity that you believe is better for your career development and future success?
The biggest mistake that many make is to view their job decisions from mainly a short-term perspective.&They don’t consider enough how a job situation today will impact their future success.&While being offered more money provides an attractive short-term benefit, it won’t help your development and ability to attain greater success in the future.&However, a better platform can.
2)&&&Will $??? or a better platform change your life?&Say that you chose a job that offers you $3000 or $4000 a year more, but less room and opportunities for your development than another opportunity. Will this money make a big difference in your ability you to achieve greater success in your career?&Will this amount change your life?
Maybe it will. You could spend the money on courses or lessons that will help you to improve, or get a place closer to your office so you can spend less time traveling and more energy towards your job.&But 1-2 years from now, what happens then?&How much better off will your career situation be overall?&Again, while more money today will not likely have a big impact on your future success, a better platform can.
3)&&&What is your future worth?&In particular, I’ve seen many candidates accept an offer from a company that they believe will offer them much better development and opportunities over their current situation.&When they resign though, their current company gives them a big salary increase.&Sometimes, they also get promoted.&Because of this, they change their mind and decide to stay in their current situation, one that they have already determined is holding back their development and success.
In most cases, it doesn’t take long before most end up regretting their decision.&In effect, they’ve sold off their future. The additional money feels good to them at first, until reality sinks in and they realize that their job situation and career prospects haven’t changed at all.&The extra money doesn’t help them feel better about being in a place that they recognized clearly is a place they no longer wanted to be.&
Actually, I never tell a person that money doesn’t matter.&Of course, it does.&I also never judge why a person pays so much attention to or cares so much about money.&I have no idea what others do with it.&Maybe they use it to help others, take care of their parents, or send their kid to a better school. &They may just want to travel more, hire a personal fitness trainer, or eat at better restaurants.&There’s nothing wrong with any of these reasons.
I do tell them, however, that if you really care about money then you should understand how to make more of it over your career, and not just today.&Those who make the most are the ones can offer more value and take on bigger roles and responsibilities. &These are the people who end up earning the most money . &So the big question to ask yourself if money matters a lot to you is, “How do you become such a person?”
Ultimately, the more ambitious, high potential, and exceptional you want to be, the more you should care about and prioritize the platforms you join.&The reality is, no matter how hardworking, capable, or motivated you are, a platform’s limitations will be your limitations too for achieving the success you seek.
Of course, it’s difficult to turn down situations that offers you more money.&And there are many good reason why a person may choose more money over a better platform.&However, for your critical job decisions, I’ll just say that those who go higher and faster in their career don’t prioritize how much money an opportunity offers them today. &They prioritize the ability of a platform to help them develop faster, increase their earning power, and attain better future opportunities.&Then they do their best to get paid the most they can on the best platform they can get on.&
