自从steam平台支持支付宝游戏后，中国玩家购买游戏不再需要找代购，越来越多的中国玩家加入到steam中，选择支持正版。可是，许多问题也接踪而来。遇到这类问题：steam中支付宝付款后为什么在游戏库中收不到游戏，感觉特别怨。不过大家不需要担心的，由于steam平台是一个全球化的游戏平台，所以每天的交易量是难以想象的，但是有时候是需要主动出击主动申诉，才能更好的保障个人利益。; & & ; &&; & &;不过当你购买后马上碰到这种问题有两个比较主流的解决办法供大家选择：(1)选择等待：等待时钟到达整点，重启Steam，查看游戏库。(2)上述办法不管用：那就需要楼下的申诉教程了，联系steam support(客服)。对于练习steam support(客服)需要注意：(1)客服帐户与您的 Steam 游戏帐户及论坛帐户不同，相互独立的；(2)联系客服必须要有steam客服帐户，如果没有的朋友就要注册一个。准备就绪，进入steam平台申诉图文教程：1、首先登录steam客户端帐号中打开客服链接，在“帮助”中点击“steam客服”。2、弹出steam support网站，并选择适合的language(语言)，steam support已支持简体中文。3、点击搜索steam客服，会出现“联系Steam客服”。4、出现登录页面，如果没有steam客服帐户的朋友就要创建账户，需要创建帐号的朋友就自行创建啦。5、登录steam客服账户成功联系客服，出现提问信息填写，根据提问一步一步填写好，填写范例如图所示，付款方式选择AliPay是支付宝。steam虽然已经支持中文，但为了更方便客服了解我们的问题，并能尽快解决，建议在中文申述后面加上英文。在此给大家一个范例：Subject(主题)：A Failure about Purchasing XXX(购买的游戏名)Your Question(你的问题，描述在下面)：Dear Steam Support,An day ago I purchased XXX（购买的游戏名）by Alipay(支付宝), but I didn't receive it.（废话不要多说）Transaction（交易号，翻支付宝交易详情）Hope me can do me a favor.Your sincerely.在此就结束提交申诉。6、等待客服回复。希望上述申诉教程对你有帮助，还可以分享给你的小伙伴们。

邮箱被改了，看不到游戏序列号，只能用过支付宝支付凭证找回了。一般找回需要多久呢？另外steam还有几百余额，是不是被人买了礼物就没法找回了？
