　　捕捉方法反转世界完全解决后神事湖与其对话,然后用手表功能13(如果没有此功能可以去长寿市找送你手表的大叔对话获得,不过需要多次对话)追踪
　　捕捉技巧把会黑眼神和接力棒的灾兽(绿缘市NPC那获得公伊布,升到36级学会接力棒后进化成暗伊布,升到57级学接力棒,再去殿元山下雪地带抓个母的灾兽,然后和公的暗伊布生蛋,那么生出来的灾兽就同时会黑眼神和接力棒了,但是要重视速度)放首位,等级小于等于50,手表功能调到13,然后在202号道路来回走,如果你人在202号道路,手表上的那个头也在202号道路,开启喷雾剂去遇,那么遇到的必定是红圣菇,开场后使用黑眼神,然后可以选择攻击,或直接接力给钢或岩石系的精灵来抵挡其攻击,麻痹红血后慢慢抓

　　捕捉技巧(由于蓝圣菇攻击非常猛,而且还会强化,还有无视属性的预知未来,即使是100级极限特耐快乐也会被慢慢磨死,所以这里推荐个完全防住其攻击的方法)捕捉母的夜骷髅和公的超能萝莉(学会封印),然后放一起生蛋,生出来的夜骷髅就学会封印了,然后升级学会预知未来,再去抓蓝圣菇,开场后先用电磁波麻痹然后换上夜骷髅/夜巨人用封印,再暗影拳打到红血,黑暗球放放心心的抓,30回合后选用时间球
