&p&作为某足球游戏的AI程序员我来说两句，我们的AI分四层：&/p&&p&最上面是局势和战术，即在不同的比分情况和当前球的位置以及控球球队会触发不同的球队整体状态，大概有一百来种，这一层用状态机实现；&/p&&p&第二层是球员个体决策和区域配合，球员根据局部局势，例如对方球员位置/自己与球的距离/控球状态等做出局部决策进行进攻/助攻/防守/配合阻拦/跑位等行为，大概三十几种，这一层用状态机+决策树实现；&/p&&p&第三层是球员肢体动作，即球员根据第二层决策，要控制肢体在当前物理状态下切换成跑/走/停/斜跑/扭头/拦人/特别是在靠近球的时候要进行运球/拦截/过人/争球/扑球等肢体决策，这一层是带物理约束的状态机+决策树，需要说明的是这一层的物理约束不是播骨骼动画，而是一个完整的机器人动力学引擎，开源的都是用来做科学研究的不好用基本要自己写，robotics这门学科有些著名基础定理如最小能量法则什么的是这个引擎计算的基础，球员需要用一个简化的肌肉/IK模型来模拟，四肢/身体/头/手脚的碰撞检测可以简单处理成柱体/球体/方体，这一层最麻烦，首先录制踢球单元动作要几百个，而且我们做的时候都不知道到底该录哪些动作，补录了好几次，有些牛逼特技自己做不出来的就只能美术调，人体动力学模型也调优了几个月，主要还是对物理和人体要理解透，动力学引擎也花了几个月；&/p&&br&&p&第四层也是最底层是个物理引擎，用来模拟球员/球的运动，这一块开源的havoc什么的就很好了，只是物理引擎有个问题就是毕竟是离散按帧update的，很容易出现碰撞盒子相互穿透死锁/作用力、加速度变成无穷等奇葩情况，特别是刚体之间有复杂的连接和约束关系，所以要对人体模型写大量的代码做约束，但即使是FIFA这样的大作依然会出现球员穿透这种bug。&/p&&br&&p&综上所述，实现一个接近主流游戏如FIFA这样级别的足球游戏AI引擎大概需要几个高级算法工程师一年的时间，需要非常扎实的算法和引擎功底。&/p&&br&&br&&p&update2:&/p&&p&长期开放以下职位，求硅谷的天才和国内顶尖高校的大牛们考虑一下：&/p&&p&&b&Senior Algorithm Reseacher

更新在最顶，倒序观看。&br&——————————&br&&strong&最小系统&/strong&&br&&br&就像修电脑常用的“最小系统法”，用在RPG系统设计上也很合适。&br&所谓最小系统，就是“至少知道这些东西，整个游戏就能跑起来了”。&br&RPG的最小系统包括什么呢？&br&最基本的游戏运作方式，以“纯白新人”为假定对象，尽量不超过10个句子，在3～5分钟内讲明白“这个游戏玩起来大概是什么样子”。&br&顺序、流程和中断，从谁开始，能做些什么，依照什么顺序轮流推进，当遇到什么情况时退出循环，如何结束一段章节或一整场游戏，如何评定胜负或角色成长。&br&判定方式，当玩家做出决策（也就是“玩游戏”本身）时，如何判断成败胜负，是投骰子、查剧本、玩家投票，还是主持人临时决定？&br&这个最小系统也可以用来检测你的游戏以什么吸引人，有什么“非玩不可”的卖点。&br&&br&&strong&精简系统&/strong&&br&如何删减出一个最小系统，有个简单办法——随便拉出一条规则，问自己“如果没有这个，这场游戏是否就彻底跑不动了？”&br&是，就保留。否，就在这里标注一个“此处应有XX系统”。&br&一句概括性、指导性的描述，比若干具体详尽的设定更重要。打好框架，具体内容可以慢慢填。有了骨架，肉就知道该往哪儿长。不要先长出一堆肉，再让玩家钻进肉山大魔王里去找骨头。&br&举个例子，种族。如果你的游戏玩的就是种族题材，不同种族之间的关系与冲突，那种族就必然是不可或缺的核心成分。除此之外，如果所有玩家都是同一种族，游戏仍可继续，则把“种族”这一章仅保留标题，内容改为“此处应有种族设定，详见附加文档《种族》”。&br&类似的，技能。不需要把几十项技能一一列出，只要说“此处应有技能系统”，反正具体都有哪些技能，很可能在后续的版本里修改得阿妈都认不出来。&br&列出基本数据格式，包括玩家角色和NPC以及怪物。&br&讲解数据的阅读方式，统一关键词和缩写。&br&别忘了时代背景和角色定位，前者如远古蛮荒、中古奇幻、蒸汽朋克、二战、现代都市、赛博朋克、未来科幻、超科技魔法校园等等，后者如强大英雄、超级英雄、校园侦探、都市警探、市民历险、特种部队、王牌特工、穿越者、奇幻生物、老鼠卫士等等。&br&范例：《初龙志》里我为《和谐年代》做的最小系统（见附图）&br&麻雀虽小，五脏具全。这个范例包括数据阅读、判定方式、回合流程、胜负（结束）。&br&&figure&&img data-rawheight=&1227& data-rawwidth=&1997& src=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/39f9d850eeb9edd2f380a0_b.jpg& class=&origin_image zh-lightbox-thumb& width=&1997& data-original=&https://pic1.zhimg.com/39f9d850eeb9edd2f380a0_r.jpg&&&/figure&&br&—————更新分割线—————&br&&br&对于广大热衷于原创游戏系统的玩家，我的建议是：&br&先不要写背景设定和历史年表，不要做种族、职业、专长、法术和物品。先用“最小系统法”做一个“仅仅能用”的系统出来，然后排个剧情，做个测试模组，开跑。&br&找出你的游戏的乐趣点，在最简陋条件下依然让人愿意想玩的卖点，把这部分卖点做好，剩下的随便找个差不多的系统抄一抄，再做二测。&br&相比游戏系统本身，可运作的模组反而更容易测试和推广。你不妨把它当做桌游来做，纯白新人，5分钟进游戏，两到三小时以内的完整游戏体验。&br&在游戏设计上，“做复杂”比“做简单”更容易，（在设计初期）也更没必要。对于最小系统，我的个人标准是“一页之内，极限不超过两页A4”。&br&&br&——————————再再补充——————————&br&新手作品中，“像设定集多于游戏系统”是常见通病。无他，写十几万字的世界设定，比写三千字以内的系统设定要容易得多。&br&某前辈恨死了D&D，自创号称“比D&D牛逼”的RPG系统（名字马赛克），号称“强调扮演而非战战战”。但打开文档一看，你不告诉我还以为是D&D的某个动漫设定集，内容依然是各种战斗相关。而且系统本身也依然是“饼干屑”，需要读者从十几万字的文档里自行拼凑。&br&真正强调扮演而非战斗的游戏系统，可以参照Angelcat老爷引进的《Fiasco/祸不单行》，游戏介绍里满眼都是关系、场景、叙事、节外生枝……至于战斗系统？没有！&br&&br&——————————再补充——————————&br&个人以为，很多原创TRPG（甚至原创桌游）作者们的问题在于，设定看得太多，系统看得太少。&br&包括我自己也有这个问题，我只对D&D 三版比较熟悉，但也仅此而已。二版、四版、五版、CoC、WoD等等，都不熟悉，更多系统连“略知一二”都算不上，这方面Angelcat、树林熊、David Lee等前辈们比我强得多。&br&三宝书在游戏设计方面是个大毒草，让很多人误以为“游戏就要这么设计”。&br&很多次，网友发给我自己的游戏设计，打开一看基本上就是PHB的翻版，种族、职业、专长……洋洋洒洒几十万字。实际游戏核心运作机制呢？也许有，也许没有，就算有也是埋在不知道多少万字之后的饼干屑——就是东一块西一块，要读者自行拼凑出一片不知道什么样的饼干来。&br&D&D不是不能参考，三宝书不是不能照搬，但人家有个底层系统在后面支持。就像早期D&D的战斗规则就是“参见《链甲》”（据说，我没看过原版资料），至少还是有个底子。&br&我除了玩TRPG，还做桌游，那么拿到一个新游戏，最先需要了解的是最基本的运作流程，而这个大多数新手作者却认为“不重要”，或者对其重要性的认识还没有提高到应有的高度。&br&无论TRPG还是桌游，我做测试或者看文档的时候，非常想看到一样东西叫流程图，就是“从何开始——如何进行——循环——跳出循环——结束”。对于TRPG来说，最常见的就是战斗流程和非战斗的判定流程，桌游则是初始布置、回合流程、结束条件、胜负标准。不带夸张，我见过的送来测试的试制品中，10个里面至少有7个这方面是不完整的。&br&关于这个，我想单独开个话题讨论，知乎似乎不是很适合做这个，也许找个论坛跟各位交流吧。&br&&br&——————————补充——————————&br&&br&有。&br&很多。&br&完成度高的凤毛麟角。&br&《初龙志》第二期有刊登《和谐年代》（用的是D6 System）的模组《毕业》。因为系统比较简单，我把基本规则压缩到了一页之内。《毕业》很适合带新人，老婆大人在展会上，一个下午能给纯白新人带三场。

梅林的冒险家商店。&br&一款投放在steam上的游戏。&br&&br&&figure&&img src=&https://pic3.zhimg.com/b2fb73a1ef41cf76cab02_b.png& data-rawwidth=&800& data-rawheight=&700& class=&origin_image zh-lightbox-thumb& width=&800& data-original=&https://pic3.zhimg.com/b2fb73a1ef41cf76cab02_r.png&&&/figure&&br&作为一款小团队制作的小型独立游戏来说，剧情量还是很充足的。&br&&br&主要讲述的是一个架空的世界，一个因为长期征战经济衰落的国家，为了振兴国家经济创办商学院，培养商业人才。故事讲的就是这第一批毕业生要面临毕业考核的故事。&br&&br&为期两个月的考试，学院提供场所和一些基础资金，在不借助外部经济援助的前提下看两个月能赚多少钱。赚的越多，毕业成绩就越好，而主角就是其中最受期待的优等生。主角好像是某个贵族出身，但家族因为某些原因家道中落，只剩贵族壳子。为了让主角能重振家族荣耀，倾家荡产把主角送进这个学校让其学习经商。&br&&br&这届学生考试的主题就是扶持城里新兴的冒险家行业，你可以卖装备卖首饰卖药水。&br&你可以雇佣冒险家去地下城打怪物爆素材，然后用素材去制作装备然后卖给冒险家，之后用赚来的钱再去雇佣冒险家下地下城打怪物爆素材……&br&无奸不商，简直富士康流水线……&br&本来就是看似这样简单的模拟经营游戏。唯一算是剧情的部分就是当游戏第三天的时候会来一个冒险家，来你店里一个冒险家，强行用很贵的价格卖给你一个手镯。&br&一般经营游戏都是做任务，然后给你一些初期奖励，这游戏居然一开始就把你的钱都强行扣掉，而且是几乎扣光，这初期就没法发展了啊。结果第二天主角的同学说他认识一个富可敌国的收藏家朋友，专门收藏这种都市传说的物件。说自己可以高价帮忙回收，于是就过来用两倍的价格把东西买走了。&br&我看这设计也不错啊，看来有一些小小的收集要素然后换一些运转资金的设定。不过从剧情来看，这种东西好像也只有四个。而且在这之后也没有任何自动的剧情。我就想啊，虽然没找到那些东西，但是没有其他游戏那种强制性的大段大段文字，也不错。&br&没事看看周报，得知一下城里的信息，多调整调整精英策略，平平淡淡过完考核，成绩优秀。通关结局时候得到学院资助，开了一家真正意义上属于自己的店，从此生意兴隆，可喜可贺。&br&&br&游戏就这么点内容？然而——并没有！&br&这游戏尼玛居然藏了剧情，而且是一条长长的主线剧情。&br&&br&我平时是个完美主义者，因为一周目东西没收集全，以为什么隐藏要素没有触发，结果发现在信息栏一个不起眼的标签里尼玛居然藏了剧情提示！&br&好吧，看来我错过了主线剧情。神TM玩游戏会错过主线剧情。&br&游戏介绍虽然说是充满正能量的小游戏，但是实际剧情内容写的是一个商学院实习生初入商场开店实习却卷入了一些商界老油条的尔虞我诈中。&br&&br&主角在这中各种周旋，从一个优秀学霸傻白甜渐渐也向无奸不商的方向靠。&br&中间也是各种神奇经历，基本就是围绕查找都市传说的信息展开，中间接触了各种各样的角色，干净的、不干净的，甚至为了情报，自己最后也投身一些不干净的组织。最后也有幸接触到了那个传说中富可敌国的收藏家。&br&后来你从那个中间商朋友口中得知这些都市传说的价值比最开始那点金币不知道高到哪里去了。普通没出息的平民弄到一件，要是卖对了人，基本够吃一辈子的！&br&那你之前一万金币就买走是什么鬼？你晓得我随便开店两天就能赚这么多的。&br&&figure&&img src=&https://pic3.zhimg.com/c98b626c37e6cddabe02caa_b.png& data-rawwidth=&400& data-rawheight=&300& class=&content_image& width=&400&&&/figure&&br&剧情进行到最后，大概是和另一个商会的同学拼}
