　　无论你玩不玩，应该都听过《地下城与勇士》（以下简称DNF）这款经典的2D横版动作网游。最近DNF各种梗和新闻不断，前段时间的“新作动画公开”，更让这款游戏再次火了起来，为什么这游戏有这么大的魔力？我想精彩的剧情是它这么多年依然屹立不倒原因之一。开服到现在，大到世界观设定，小到NPC对话台词，都修订补充过无数次，能够看出这款游戏的STAFF非常重视剧情这一块。那么这款游戏的剧情到底经历了哪些变化呢？就让我们一起回顾一下。
　　从05年公测开始到09年4月止，DNF的世界观设定单薄，故事内容少，对话逻辑混乱虽然不断地在扩充，但依然弥补不了各种漏洞，原作游戏剧情并没有展开过多，那段时期甚至具体的主线都很模糊：原先冒险家凭借各自的目的来到阿拉德大陆，主要行动原则就是保护阿拉德以及上层世界“天界”不受反派“使徒”的侵害。可使徒们的目的由来等等都无从知晓，甚至连冒险家为什么要追查反派都说的不清不楚。
　　日本在09年4月以此为基础拍摄了一部名为《阿拉德战记》（地下城与勇士在日本的名字）的动画，结果也因剧情莫名其妙，制作也十分偷懒而被称为黑历史。

　　在动画完结之后到13年9月间DNF的剧情飞速展开。剧情修订了许多次，地图越来越大，故事也渐渐地清晰起来：从新手村艾尔文防线到主城赫顿玛尔这段时期，冒险家为打出自己的名声接各种委托。也就在完成委托的过程中引出了使徒与天界的存在。在那之后剧情也展开为冒险家走访各地寻找进入天界的方法。
　　另一方面，在走访各地的过程中冒险家遭遇了出现在阿拉德大陆的使徒，它们的突然出现威胁到了阿拉德大陆的和平，冒险家为了拯救阿拉德，出手干掉了这些使徒。但对于这些“使徒”出现的理由，冒险家表现出的是漠不关心。

　　一直到NPC“爱丽丝”的出场，DNF的主线也终于明朗化：冒险家所做的一切，都是在半知情的情况下遵从了“爱丽丝”口中的预言，这个预言揭露了未来的发展，暗示了和使徒相关的各种内容，冒险家也因此展开行动。
　　作为阿拉德部分剧情的结尾，冒险家终于找到了去往天界的方法，排除万难成功与天界人接触，并得知天界存在两个使徒。正当冒险家着手准备干掉他们之时故事突然中断了，到了这里已经是13年6月。
