一直卡在序章! 程式停止回應!

我之前用我的小筆電玩，全部要拉到最低，但是順利玩通。
現在裝到我的桌電上，配置是算高級電腦了，認為應該全開無問題。
但是現在每次在序章，最快一開始坐在車裡就跳出遊戲，慢一點則會到清完人要去車子裡有炸彈的地方。
遊戲就會畫面停止，之後跳出遊戲並出現程式錯誤的音效，但並沒有跑出任何視窗，是我開工作管理員才發現停止回應了。
已經徹底重裝3~4便了，怎辦?????

+1 我前面也有這樣過 但現在則是在第1次標記殺4人那理後做車時會這樣
