Run by the Mephistoid bullies and use the key to open the door. Run along
the ledge past the spiked ball and the flame. Jump down and head under the
ledge you are on. Avoid the red tiles and enter the door in the corner of
the room. Light the two red lanterns with your Newt Ring then activate the
two round switches by blasting the statues with the Newt ring. Hop up onto
the elevator and collect the Shining Sword from the chest.
Exit the room and take the two step elevators up to the top of the ledge.
Jump from elevator to elevator. Dodge the spiked ball and jump to your right.
Grab the key from the chest and jump down onto the block below the flame
blowing out of the wall. Jump along the blocks, dodge the spiked ball and
head right to open the door with your key.
Enter the next room and carry an unlit cherry bomb to the huge block of stone
all the way at the end of the room. Toss the bomb over the flame and then
slide under the flame. Put out the flames on the blue lanterns with your
Siren ring. Jump onto the water pots and throw the bomb onto the platform.
Jump onto the doused blue lanterns and jump up onto the platform. Drag the
bomb up some steps and throw it over another flame. Then throw it on top
of the stone block and douse the blue lanterns. Light the bomb with your
Newt Ring. When the block explodes enter the door.
Climb the stairs to the next level. In this room trick the lit bomb throwers
into throwing lit bombs onto the three large marble blocks. Grab the Panacea
and 500G from the chests and exit via the top of the room up the ladder.
In this room you must blast the red statue with your Newt Ring. The spinning
hand bomb thrower will then hurl the bombs. You have to land the bombs on
the two blocks. When the blocks explode they will reveal two switches. Jump
on both the switches and enter next room. Kill all the monsters here and
descend to the next area. Turn left and head to the save point save your
game and heal yourself. Exit the room and head back to the hallway.
A good tip to bear in mind is try not to kill the bomb hurlers as you often
need them to help you. Enter the next room where you find a number of blocks
blocking your path. First light the skull and crossbones bomb and blow the
first block. When the block explodes grab the next bomb and throw it onto
the next two blocks. You must land the lit bomb in the middle of the two
blocks. Use the sliding move to catch the bomb. This will leave the bomb
that was on top of the two blocks unlit. There should be two bombs in this
room unlit now.
Carry the bombs along the hallway until you see a blue lantern. Douse the
blue lantern and use one bomb as a stepping stone to reach the top of the
blue torch. Use the hover ability to get to the top of the blue torch. Place
the other bomb on top of the blue torch. Jump from the bomb to the ledge
and grab the Puzzle Piece in the black chest.
In the next room kill everything except the bomb hurling Madnes. Lure the
Madnes to the block so he throws an unlit bomb your way. Light the bomb and
the block will blow. Hop onto the pedestal like path. Grab the key from the
chest and use it to exit the room.
In this room stand on the flame-thrower and throw the bombs onto the round
button switches. Then jump from the flame-thrower to the lowered ledge and
grab the Puzzle piece. Exit this room through the door in the top right corner
Enter the next room with lots of spinning sentries. Grab the Elixir and wait
until these whirling guards divide themselves in two. Run between them and
jump on the switch and head through the door. In the next room do not slay
the Minel ( The Frog like monster) instead trick him into jumping on the
switch. A chest will appear with a key in it grab the key and exit the area.
Use the key on the unopened door and ascend to the rooftop of Dragonia via
the steps at the end of the corridor.
On the rooftop a huge Otamajack and a giant Yulong with try to sandwich you
so get out of the way. Take them out one at a time using the combo moves.
A chest appears grab the key. Open the door on the rooftop and enter the
Dragons Prison. Go down and talk to the imprisoned dragon of Mt Firedrake.
Enter the door by the dragon and go out and save your game.
Head up the stairs dodge the boulders and jump onto the elevator at the top
of the stairs. Now get ready to take out
This crazy speed freak cat runs around the room then he swings a ball and
chain at you. When he gets angry he will pounce on you from a great height.
Stand in the middle of the room and swipe him with combo moves as he runs
around the room. Get him on his second lap then get ready to run. Keep moving
around the edge of the room as he swings his ball and chain. When Bloodfang
pounces on you the only chance you have of not getting hit is to run and
jump out of his way at the last minute. This is a hard boss to beat because
he is so fast. You can see his shadow even though you can't see him, use
that to know where he is going to strike.
You will need lots of tonics and potions to beat this cat but you can beat
him. Repeat the attack and defense moves until Bloodfang goes down.
Exhausted................ well now we get to the fun part. With Bloodfang
dead we can collect the Dragon Soma, The Elemental Orb and the 3-Eyed Idol.
Head back down the stairway and go to see Tirion The Dragon. Give him the
Dragon Soma and you can now fly the Dragon anywhere in the Kingdom. Go back
and explore the levels, grab all the coins and comb all the rooms. Look for
invisible lanterns to shoot. Visit Lord Jeehan for combo moves and go and
get the EP ring from the Eden Ruins.
Go to the Church of The Key. in the basement past the room with the yellow
statues is the EP collar. Use the Newt Ring to fire at the hands to launch
the black chest across the pit and collect the EP Collar. This ring halves
EP spending. Now you have the Newt Ring you can get more Puzzle Pieces. In
Gwaba town in Joses house shoot all the statues to get the Puzzle Piece.
Shoot 1st the green then the yellow then the blue and finally the red. Then
a chest will appear open it and grab the Puzzle Piece.
Go back to Milena's Mansion to get Puzzle Pieces. Light the red lanterns
in her dressing room and go and blast the three blue statues situated on
top of one blue statue in Milena's dungeon. In the Seagull Ruins there are
plenty of treasure and goodies. Take a left in the passageway with the dustbin
lid monsters. Shoot the Siren Ring at the blue statue then put the crate
on the switch. Light the lanterns with your Newt Ring and grab the treasure.
Also in the Seagull Ruin jump down into an abyss. A black area that looks
like nothing and very quickly shoot 6 lanterns in a hexagonal shaped room.
You will have to practice, stand in the middle of the room and fire the Newt
Ring to light all the lanterns. Grab the Puzzle Piece .
Go visit the casino on the Gamar Isle to win EP Collars etc and play darts
at Zach's to win the Vita Stone. Before you go to Varuna Ruins on the World
map its best to obtain the level 6 Rising Sword. Follow these instructions.
In Paco Village talk to the shopkeeper exchange with him your hammer for
a red statue. Take this to the blacksmith's daughter on Puerto Medusa and
exchange it for a pirate earring. Take the earring to Toroledo, go into the
Inn and go upstairs. Head back to talk with the Cow Princess and give her
your earring she will give you a drawing. Take that drawing to Varuna Castle
and give it to the guard on the left at the front gate. He will give you
a Vanilla Wafer. Now go to Eden Village and give that to the man who gave
you the Dryad ring. He has a GooGoo Bird he will give you. Take the bird
to Gwaba Town and give it to the shopkeeper. He will then give you a Red
Cape. Take the Crimson Cloak to your dad (Belgar) in Milena's Mansion and
voila you will get the Rising Sword.
Grab the Dwarf stone from the Seagull Ruins. Go back to the Gold Badge testing
arena on Puerto Medusa and enter the first room where you stacked the barrels.
Talk to the pirate standing by two new barrels, he tells you to go The Seagull
Ruins to the room with the three blue statues that spit steam. There will
be two barrels there use them to jump up to the ledge. Inside the black chest
is the Dwarf Stone. Now you should have the Elf steel from inside Mt Firedrake
and the Vita Stone from Deadeye Zachs. Take all three stones to the blacksmith
on Puerto Medusa and he will give you the level 6 Valar Shield. Now go to
Varuna Ruins armed and very dangerous.
