非常有幸上月前往酋长球场观看了与的北伦敦德比。票子是自己入会买的,由于碰到的情况挺多的,想写下来,也方便以后的枪迷们前往主场观赛。也没理过头绪,想到哪写到哪吧~
1、购票前准备 ―― 会员(red member)与购票资格
(1)是否要入会?
一般来说,除了非常不热门的赛事,非会员可以购票(称为general sale),一般都必须至少得拥有red membership。
如果筒子们是silver member、甚至是platinum member,这篇攻略根本不需要看了,所以这里就讨论red membership~
(2)入会了一定能买到票吗?(TX是神器 ^ ^)
由于为了确保能买到票,本赛季对阵热刺前的所有主场比赛,我都模拟买过了(到最后pay这一步取消了),事实证明无论是、赛季首场、强敌(表妹)、死敌(热刺)red
member都是可以买到的。
Arsenal提供给会员ticket
exchange(TX)服务,购买季票或者买了票不能出席的,可以把球票在官网上exchange出来,其他会员就可以通过这个官方渠道购买啦~我就是从这个渠道购买到的,很靠谱,什么球队都可以买到,你甚至可以直接等TX!
(3)球票价格
众所周知,酋长球场票纸不便宜,不过我个人觉得如何对位置不太苛求,价格还是OK的。
每场比赛价格都不一定,一般提前会在官网说明该比赛是A/B/C哪类,越是强强对话越是贵。欧战价格可能有所限制,反倒不太贵,至少没有联赛A级赛贵。
这里提供以下这次对阵热刺的靠谱黄牛价格作参考吧,有个感性认识(之所以说他靠谱,因为他曾提供强强对话位置连票,也就是说“证明过了自己”)。我在新赛季赛程出来后,第一时间咨询了该黄牛,被告知主场对阵热刺要RMB3000
/张并且不保证能买到,我最终是64磅/张,位置是球门后第二排;当时有最上层看台的,90磅/张左右;根据我之前观察,能买到的最好最贵的位置是291磅/张,我曾经能买那样的位置,最终由于只能买一张,位置无法连着,纠结了下买到了后来的位置。
&2、正题,买票啦!
(1)说了那么多,哪里买票/入会呢?
无论是购买red membership
还是购票,都可以从或者进入。
一般来说会员卡寄到中国3-5周,我是3个月都没寄到(- -)
只要从你购买会员资格成功那刻获得会员号起,你就可以买票啦,不用等会员卡寄到的;你要看14-15赛季的球赛,不需要从13-14赛季开始入会,否则还要在14-15赛季续费才能购票(不过支持枪手,续就续吧)。
(2)提前多久买?
一般来说,提早3-5周就可以关注何时可以买票了,具体大家可以看一下球队下面“i”里面的信息,会详细说几点开票的。这个“i”就是在H(ome)和A(way)底下啦~购票过程和一般网购差不多,就不赘述了。
(3)TX何时开始?
热门比赛一般red member开放购票后马上就会sold out,然后立即开启TX通道了,大家可以关注。
(4)位置怎么选?
下面这个座位表也是电视转播画面图,客场球迷在20-21这个区,我当时在25区,25区其实在禁区外,这个图上把球门画大了。
底层看台看得清楚的,但是看不太清楚对面半场形势,我后面会放几张图的,大家可以感受下,底层看台也是最容易出TX的区域;中层看台一般是最贵的,特别是41-43,82-84,就是我之前说道过的291磅/张出现的区域,大家要去看比赛之前可以先看看转播镜头,寻找心仪的位置。&(5)TX必杀技!
这个是楼主总结的规律,不一定是真的哈,大家可以参考下,我分别在表妹、热刺身上试验成功了,不过样本量比较小,大家可以再亲身验证下。
技巧就是TX也是会大规模放出的,我觉得是类似“机构”放票的行为,时间一般在比赛前一周的周五晚(北京时间)20-22点左右会大批量开放底层、高层看台票,至少百来张~
慢慢挑选自己想买的位置就可以啦~
(6)我觉得TX不靠谱,就是想直接在向red member开放购票时买到票,怎么提高购买成功率?
我试过一次,的确可以,就是比较劳心劳力了,男性同胞们可以感受下女生双十一某宝排队的感觉。
一般来说,英国会在当地时间10点左右开票,对绝大多数人来说都没下班,那么首选,你得保证有个能上外网的环境。
然后建议提早15分钟登陆(太早也没用,会自动登出) → 然后到时间就点“buy” →然后就是“wait…
balabala”,这个过程可能持续45分钟到1个小时 → 终于排到了!千万不要“choose your seat”,请选择“tickets”里的“best
available”,反复刷新,直至成功。
3 、你可能碰到的问题
(1)我没有纸质票可以入场吗?
酋长球场是凭会员卡刷卡入场+确认信的,所以,是没有纸质球票的,当然,你想留念也是有办法的。
(2)我没收到会员卡怎么办?
不要急,你打电话或者发邮件给官网,他们会让你准备好photo identification(一般也就是护照啦,这是必须的) , payment
card (付款的信用卡),最好把确认信也带上,当场他们会给你纸质票/当场领取补发会员卡的。
至少提前一个工作日联系哟!
不过,英国人民很友好的,就算你真的当场去,也会帮你解决的,毕竟,你真的买票了呀~

  JOB PURPOSE
  Arsenal has one the largest and best executed subion membership schemes in world football. The Club has approximately 230,000 members across the paid for subion membership tiers. In Sept 2013 the Club launched its first Free Digital Membership scheme and has attracted over one million members since launch. The membership scheme underpins &100m of matchday revenue as tickets to watch Arsenal play at Emirates Stadium are only sold to paying members. A healthy membership scheme protects and grows demand for season tickets, matchday tickets and a variety of stadium based activities.
  Digital membership is a major data acquisition scheme that supports both B2C and B2B opportunities globally and growth of this membership tier is a key priority
  The Membership Manager (China) is responsible for leading the development and the implementation of the Club’s adult membership marketing strategy in China. The role will deliver the ambition of the membership scheme to retain and grow the membership base, and to maximise revenue and profitability from members within the scheme.
  The ideal candidate for the role will be an ambitious membership marketing expert, with rich experience managing membership programs in a consumer focused environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the China commercial team to turn marketing objectives into measurable fans engagement KPIs to assist the business in reaching its growth objectives.
  RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Quickly establish way of working and relationship with agency to develop 17/18 membership campaign and creative
Develop theme to stretch across entire season and across all relevant marketing collateral e.g. membership website, renewals EDM, membership pack and online collateral, including specific content.
Deliver marketing strategy to maximise retention and recruitment across all Club / external channels in China including online/social media, events, China tour and email.
  Membership Reward Scheme
Lead agency creative brief for the scheme and introduction of marketing communication plan.
Engage partners around the scheme to help scale up the number of rewards available to members.
Produce relevant video content that can be provided to members as rewards as a way to drive Arsenal Player engagement.
  Management
Coach and develop membership marketing exec within role.
Produce clear PDR Objectives and development plan for membership marketing exec.
