Action Cards
Top Row, left to right (Draw One, Reverse, Discard Color). Bottom Row, left to right (Skip, Wild, Wild Blast).
The Action/Symbol cards in Uno Blast are quite different from classic Uno:
Draw One – Play this card, and the next player must draw one card from the Draw pile and put it into the Blaster. This only requires one card to be drawn, unlike many other Uno versions, which have a Draw Two.
Discard Color – Thi play this and you get to discard all cards of the same color as the Discard Color Card and place them on top of the Discard pile
Reverse – Changes the direction of play
Skip – The next player who is supposed to play must lose his/her turn
Wild – Play a Wild card to change the color of play to any color of your choice.
Wild Blast – This is a powerful card to slow down the next player (in turn). When played, the next player must take cards from the Draw pile and insert them into the Blaster, until it triggers a blast. And after the blast is triggered, all the cards shot out must be taken by that player. It could be as many as 4 cards!
Starting the GameThere are 110 cards, and 2-6 people may play the game. Choose a dealer, who shuffles the cards and deals out 7 cards to each player. The remaining cards form the Draw pile. Turn the top card in the Draw pile to form the Discard pile, and start the game. If the first card happens to be an Action card, pick another one from the Draw pile.
The gameplay for Uno Blast is similar to original , which is to match the cards in your hand with the top Discard pile card, either by color, number, or symbol (Action card).But, here is the catch with Uno Blast – If you don’t have a matching card or even if you have one, but choose not to play it, you must take a card from the Draw pile and put it inside any one of the 4 empty slots in the Card Blaster. If the Blaster doesn’t shoot the card out, you are safe, and play moves on to the next person.But if you’re unlucky and the Blaster shoots the card out on your turn, you must take all the cards that got shot out, and add it to your existing cards in hand. This will slow down your mission of getting rid of your cards! Remember, all solo cards drawn from the Draw pile must be placed in the Blaster on the same turn.Winning the GameOnce you are down to your last card, you need to announce “Uno" out loud to your opponents. Failure to do so and being caught for that, will result in you having to take 2 new cards from the Draw pile. If the Draw pile has no more cards left, shuffle the Discard pile and turn it over to form a new Draw and Discard pile again.You win the round by getting rid of all your cards, and win the whole game by reaching 500 points (or whichever mutually agreed score). The points are scored by adding up all the cards in the other player’s hands. Points per card type are listed as below:
Numbered cards – Face value
Draw One/Discard Color/Reverse/Skip – 20 points each
Wild/Wild Blast – 50 points each.
Alternative GameplayAnother way that Uno can be played is to keep a running score of each player’s points at the end of each round. Play Uno Blast as normal, but once someone hits 500 points, the player having the lowest score is the winner.Share This:

遊設定（準備遊戲）
最將輪盤參照片放在靠近自己的桌面上，以便參考轉盤上圖示，每位玩家抽一張牌，由紙牌數字最大的玩家發牌，洗牌後每位玩家發7張牌，將剩下的牌牌面朝下放在輪盤中央，作為牌庫，由牌庫中翻一張牌放在旁邊，作廢牌堆快將手中牌出完的人為該回合的勝利者，其餘玩家手中剩餘的牌的點數總和則為此勝利者該回合贏得的分數。最快累積到500分的人就贏得了這場遊戲。
由發牌者左邊的玩家開始出牌，第一位玩家必須依照廢牌堆上這張牌的數字、顏色或文字出牌。例如：這張牌是紅７，則玩家必須出紅牌或其他顏色而數字是７的牌，將牌放在廢牌堆上。或者你也可以出萬用牌。(請參考技術牌功用)，如果牌面的數字邊有漩渦圖樣則為旋轉牌，請參考旋轉牌規則；如果玩家沒有任何可出的牌，就必須由牌庫中抽一張牌，若符合。如果射出了紙牌，玩家就必須收下這些牌，然後換下一位出牌。

王牌-這張牌可以讓你決定下一張玩的牌的顏色，並且要求你的下家從牌庫中抽４張牌，並停止出牌一次。如果這張牌在一閞始就被翻開，就得將這張牌放回牌庫，重新翻一張牌。
旋轉牌-每個顏色者都有５張旋轉牌(數字1~5)，在數字周圍會有像指紋的漩渦圖案。玩家可以將旋轉牌當做一般數字牌使用，但此牌出現時，下一位玩必須轉輪盤。
注意：只能在手中沒有與上一位玩家出的牌顏色相同時，才可以出這張王牌。若手中有與廢牌堆相同數字但不同顏色的牌、或不同顏色的技術牌，則可以出王牌。
ＵＮＯ輪盤遊戲
玩家在旋轉輪盤後需依照輪盤圖示出牌，然後由下一位繼續遊戲
當上一位玩家出＂旋轉牌＂你就必須轉一次輪盤，並依照箭頭指向的圖示出牌，圖示內容如下：
留下二張牌-旋轉輪盤的玩家必須留下2張牌在手中，並打出手中其他紙牌
出數字牌-旋轉輪盤的玩家可選擇一個數字，並打出手中所有為此數字的牌。
罰抽紅牌-由牌庫中抽牌直到抽出紅牌或萬用牌，且必須收下所有抽出的牌
罰抽藍牌-由牌庫中抽牌直到抽出藍牌或萬用牌，且必須收下所有抽出的牌
換手：所有的玩家必須將手中的牌換手，將牌交給左邊一位玩家。若玩家換到牌只剩下一張，就必須喊＂UNO”不然就必須再抽一張牌
秀牌：給其他所有玩家們看你手中的牌，之後繼續遊戲
對抗賽：每位玩家選出手中一張數字最大的牌，不論任何顏色並同時翻開。牌面數字最大的玩家可以將此牌放入廢牌堆，其餘玩家必須將紙牌收回。
SPIN：所有玩家必須快喊”UNO
SPIN”。最快喊出的玩家可以打出手中任何一張牌，之後由下一位玩家(依照原本遊戲進行的方向)繼續遊戲，如果依照輪盤圖示你可以打出一張以上的牌，你必須選擇一張放在廢牌堆最上方，你可以以此改變出牌的顏色、數字或出特殊牌來決定下一位玩家的出牌。
當你手中只剩1張牌時，你要大喊一聲”UNO”(只剩一張的意思)。如果沒有這麼做，而在下一位玩家出牌前被其他玩家抓到，就必須罰抽兩張牌
當其中一位玩家出完手中所有的牌時，這一回合遊戲就結束。在計分(請參考計分方式)之後開始下一回合遊戲
若此回合所出的最後一張牌為＂罰抽兩次牌＂或＂王牌＂，下一位玩家必須依牌面抽2或4次牌，而這些牌也算在計分內。同樣的，如果最後一張牌為＂旋轉牌＂下一位玩家必須轉輪盤，並依照轉盤圖示出牌，而所有的抽牌、出牌都會影響最後的記分
當尚未有人出完手中紙牌而牌庫已經沒有紙牌時，則將廢牌堆中的紙牌重新洗牌，作為牌庫繼續遊戲
