今日，苹果AppStore后台向中国地区开发者推送了一则信息，"根据日国家新闻出版广电总局颁布的公告，移动游戏需要通过国家新闻出版广电总局的审批才可发布。有关规定条文的详情，。请在“App 审核信息”部分的“备注”字段输入游戏类App批准号码和日期。"
这条信息确认了苹果游戏需填写国家批准版号才可上线。也证实了此前苹果游戏上架需经过审核的传言。
《关于移动游戏出版服务管理的通知》是今年国家新闻出版广电总局针对中国移动游戏市场发布的相关审核规定。该规定的相关解读可参考4399手机游戏网发布的“谈谈对广电总局《关于移动游戏出版服务管理的通知》的一些理解”一文。
简单总结就是明确了移动游戏出版管理流程，移动游戏出版将包含在网络出版管理之中，移动游戏的出版流程和网络游戏出版流程基本相同，都需要提先申请版号，然后才能上线收费运营。另外，申请出版不涉及政治、军事、民族、宗教等题材内容，且无故事情节或者情节简单的消除类、跑酷类、飞行类、棋牌类、解谜类、体育类、音乐舞蹈类等休闲益智国产移动游戏，将在审查时间上有所优待，其他游戏则按照一般网络游戏的审核标准进行，一般网络游戏的整个审查时间一般会在3个月左右，本次通知中明确为20个工作日，也就是通常的1个自然月的时间。
对于今日苹果给中国地区开发者发布的信件，除了国内中小CP出现一定的恐慌外，独立游戏开发者也陷入了焦急状态。与一般中小CP不同，独立游戏团队与开发者在办理该相关手续缺乏经验和资源，该政策可能让一部分独立游戏开发者向大CP靠拢寻求版号上的方便；由于信件只定向向中国区开发者发放，不确定是否影响国外游戏在国内发布。目前，一部分开发者已经建立相关QQ群商讨对策。
除了恐慌外，也有部分开游戏开发相关的同行认为，虽然AppStore在中国地区需要审核这件事有点让人吃惊，但游戏上线审核也是一件极为合理的事情。也有人以电影市场举例，“虽然市场有质量不太好的电影，但也是数的过来的，如果没有审核制度，(质量不太好的电影)只会更多。”
我们从新上架的App需要在“App 审核信息”部分的“备注”字段输入游戏类App批准号码和日期这段话中可以看到，对于广电此次的相关规定，AppStore也是相对比较被动的，没有比较正式的信息填写规范。在此次消息之后，AppStore中国区应该会有更加正式规范的消息出现，4399手机游戏网也会跟踪报道。

A机硬件确实比I机强一些，但二者相差并不大。
I机系统封闭，功能较为单一，有多进程还是假的，本来就能更高效地利用硬件性能。再加上I机教众多市场大，会吸引更多公司专门为这个平台制作游戏，A机上的大部分游戏都是移植来的，而GL这样的无良厂商移植时就非常不负责任，导致A机版经常卡成狗，画面也缩水
A机和I机就相当于PC和主机，性能接近的PC和主机，必然是主机跑游戏跑得更好。

安卓在OpenGL性能上有缺陷，很多中低端机硬件对OpenGL支持不好，或者只支持一部分功能，要命的是不同的硬件缺少的功能还不同，你缺这个他缺那个。
游戏想提高效能就要充分利用OpenGL的功能，游戏如果用了低端硬件不支持的OpenGL功能，那这游戏在这些中低端机上就不能运行。
想要保证兼容性，让游戏在大多数安卓机上可以用，就不能使用那些中低端硬件可能不支持的OpenGL功能，这样做的结果就是游戏画面效果降低，并且运行效率低下。
安卓机从500-5000各种机型都有，各厂的硬件都有五花八门杂七杂八的。
苹果机硬件是统一定制的，完全没这种问题可以充分利用软硬件性能。

安卓太乱了，硬件不统一，就像现在的pc市场，要做到兼容，性能等等兼顾是很难的了，何况相对来说，安卓本来就效率较低。

开发安卓游戏，游戏开发完要买几十上百款各厂商生产的安卓机来测试(业余情况下可以用模拟器，但是效果远不如真机)，在哪款上有问题就返工重做，有没有问题、有什么问题是不可预知的。
即使返工重做，做好后放在原先没问题的机器上也可能出现新问题，要反复的改来改去、改的时间比做游戏的时间都要多，但是无论怎么改都不会在所有机器上完美运行。
在大多数机器上都做到“能用”就很不错了，但是“能用”的代价是在哪款机器上效果都不怎么好。
想效果好，就要牺牲兼容性，结果是在部分机器上完全不能运行，或者有致命BUG。
