一、伊拉克COC认证
从2011年7月1日起，出口伊拉克需要在发货前申请COC证书，COC认证属于强制性认证，用来给进口商在目的港清关用。凡是伊拉克管制目录内的所有产品都必须办理，是一次性的清关文件。

二、伊拉克COC认证流程
测试------------验货----------发证书。
伊拉克在目的港需要重新核查检验，包括以下内容：
1.检查COC证书真伪
2.检查到港货物和提交的相关文件是否一致
3.检查货物状况
4.对被伊拉克海关要求开柜的货物实施包装检查等
如以上核查结果为“满意”,将签发目的港放行文件。
三、伊拉克COC认证注意事项
1.电气参数
伊拉克的电压可以标注一个区间，比如：100V-240V,220V-230V...都是可接受的；同理，频率可以这样标注：50HZ/60HZ,
50HZ-60HZ...单单标注为60HZ是不能接受的。220V电压目前已被伊拉克列为可接受电压。
说明书去伊拉克的产品需要准备阿拉伯语说明书，如只有英文说明书的，需要增加一份阿语说明书。对电子电器产品，说明书应包括以下内容：
a.产品名称
b.型号名称，制造商
c.商标或识别标记
e.国家的起源
f.简单的描述，并安装和正确的方式来运作，
g.信息及家电
h.故障排除时，应遵循的指示的说明，警告和使用...
3.电子电器产品在外箱上需要标明制造商名称或商标、电压频率、品名、型号等，当然MADE
IN CHINA标识必不可少。
4.冰箱，空调，洗衣机能认证问题
对于冰箱空调等产品，目前伊拉克没有像沙特一样强制要求贴能效标签。
伊拉克COC证书上同时有英语和阿拉伯语双语，该证书用来提供给进口商用于目的港清关。
