应该在8万公里做第二次更换自动变速器油，如果发现自动变速器油很脏的话，建议做一个变速器清洗，因为目前大部分更换自动变速器油是油底放油，对于变矩器的油无法更换。
这的看您选择哪款品牌 ，一般自动档使用壳牌或者嘉实多市场为60-100元左右不等（1升），福美来大概需要4升左右，到大型汽配城更换为350元左右 ，其他品牌则另算。
手动挡3升，用API GL-4,一定要用好的品牌正品油。

一般情况下在三四万公里的时候就必须更换一次，因为以前的油在高温下可能编制，润滑效果下降因此对齿轮的保护作用就会降低。如果不更换齿轮得不到较好的润滑就会加速磨损程度。
