ps：这首诗之所以版本不统一，是因为它并未被收入泰戈尔任何一部诗集，甚至可能不是他写的，一些研究印度文学和泰戈尔的学者表示，没有见过这首诗。也有传闻说这首诗最早是在阳明神农坡医学院的一些同学在BBS中集体创作的，最后在网上流传。在阳明神农坡医学院（bbs．ym．edu．tw）九一级医学系可以查到蛛丝马迹，可推定是集体创作接龙。

从医院回来之后，铁柱哥如丢了魂魄，垂头丧气回到他的别墅。我想一定有事发生，正如你想着，住别墅的人怎么可能叫铁柱一样！我：结果怎么样？他摇了摇头，一声不吭倒在豪华硕大的真皮沙发上，两眼直勾勾盯着璀璨的天花板，一副生无可恋的模样。连手机从口袋滑落到地板上，他都毫无反应。我继续摇晃着他的身体追问：到底怎么了？医生怎么说？他默不作声。◆◆◆◆◆他实在太反常了！不回应我也罢。竟然对掉在地上的手机不管不顾！平日里的他，手机就是他的衣食父母。吃饭，似乎要拿着手机才有胃口；睡觉，也要借助手机酝酿睡意；工作，更是左手手机，右手键盘，稍微有点风吹草动，哪怕只是广告推送，眼睛也要往左边瞄几下，左手情不自禁拿起手机，解锁，点完所有未读小红点，放下手机，重新投入工作。眼看他地上的手机闪着电量不足的微弱红灯光，我弯下腰捡起他的手机，递给他说你手机快没电了！“我知道，剩下5%，像我的人生一样，剩下最后的5%。”我：5%是什么意思？他：好的情况是2年，坏的话……好端端的一个人，怎么突然就说剩下2年了呢？呸呸呸，我怎么会往那个方向去想呢？肯定不是那样的！铁柱哥虽是富家公子出身，但为人低调谦和，不张扬，不炫富，从未看不起我们这些在社会底层摸爬打滚的人。铁柱哥是个好人，我相信好人终得好报。◆◆◆◆◆他：是癌症！什么？犹如晴天霹雳！怎么会这样？会不会误诊了？他：已经确认过了，不会有错的，也许也就是命运吧！我知道，确诊癌症就如同被判死刑，早期晚期的区别就像死缓与立即执行的区别。难道没有生路吗？现在医学这么发达了，难道被确诊癌症就要坐等死神来临吗？◆◆◆◆◆他：花，你别这样！他：已经晚期了！我的情况是首例。我家里已经托了很多关系，许多世界各地顶尖的医院，都表示未曾遇到类似情况。也就是说没有专治此类病症的技术和药物，就算现在开始根据我的情况研发专用药物，恐怕我也时日无多了。我：你现在感觉怎么样？他：现在还好，医生说我会慢慢变成瞎子，然后变成聋子，接着病毒会侵袭我的五脏六腑，然后……我：不要再说了。我的情绪有点失控，眼泪模糊了双眼。◆◆◆◆◆他：别，你听我说完，是手机让我变成瞎子，只要有手机在，我就看不到身边的亲人和朋友；是手机让我变成聋子，除了手机声源，我听不见其他声音；是手机，让我食不知味，夜不能寐；是手机，让我患上手机幻听症、干眼综合症、手机打字爪、注意力缺陷……他：我得的是手机癌，无药可治！除非放下手机。
