Error: your game data is corrupt. please repair your install through origin
i get this error when i get to the initializing step on both computers. I ran the repair in origin and it said there is nothing corrupt and it's up to date.
It worked perfectly yesterday.
But since the new release of AfterMath. I have the same here, i've done the repair and still get the error message too...
So i guess it is a bug in the new release ???
Me either. I've been trying for an hour to join any server, but I can't. There might be a problem in latest release, before the patch there wasn't such a problem like this.
I too am having the same problem downloading this new 1.07 update on my PS3.
I've been on the phone with EA support.
They've trie however, it's not working.

They now have me on hold to speak with a "Game Specialist"....the hold time is at least 45 minutes!!!!
If I actually get through, I'll let you guys know the outcome.

No solution yet? A suggestion even! Give me something here!
If enough people call EA support, something will get done....
Oh, and if you've rented a server and not able to play, demand to be reimbursed for time away from your server.

Is there any other way besides calling in? I remember at one point I'd managed to chat with some EA person but can't find that option now...

PROBLEM SOLVED!
You need to LOG OUT of your PSN account.
Then, while still logged out, start the BF3 game.
It will prompt you to download the Update 1.07 (do so again)
This time, you'll download and install the Update with no problems!
If for some reason it does not work (which it should), the EA Game Specialist instructed me to create a NEW
PSN account.
Then update the patch while on this new account.
The update should download and install with no problems.
Once it does, log out from the NEW account, then log back in with your regular PSN account.
*On a side note, I'd like to thank EA Game Specialist Kelly for being patient and helping me out!

join via browser = a shit ton of problems.
Join ingame like BC2 or any other Bf for that matter = win.
Hopefully they will remove the browser shit in Bf4

Delete Loc, then go to origin to repair the game, then it will perfectly.
I tried this on myself also, this will work on PC
