高级主管/主管/助理主管（数字营销）
职位描述：
1.熟悉互联网用户的人群研究，准确理解客户的需求和目的，完成互动营销环节的方案撰写、执行计划及实施，为客户提供完整的网络营销整合方案；
2.网络互动资源的深度挖掘及整合运用， 熟悉并整合数字营销领域供应商资源；
3.能同时进行多项目管理, 并有效统筹安排整体团队运作；推动项目进程；
4.能对项目执行效果进行日常监测和管理，并对相关数据变化进行判断、分析原因，提出改进方案。
任职要求：
1.有一定年限的公关、广告或相关领域相应职位从业经验；
2.微博、微信、SNS、社区深度用户，熟悉新媒体平台的操作方式与流程，了解当下最流行的互联网语言, 了解新媒体发展趋势，能够跟踪把握新媒体热点；
3.良好的文字功底，文风灵活多变，具有强烈的工作责任心以及出色的组织及协调能力，能够承担较大的工作压力。
PR Manager
职位描述：
Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence.
Consistently produce high quality communications content for clients.
Lead research, planning and development of comprehensive public relations campaigns.
Help plan and coordinate traditional and social media outreach programs.
Help pull together cross-practice and cross-geographical teams to provide clients and prospects with the most compelling team and proposal
Commit to set and pursue stretch goals.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Edelman’s values (Quality, Integrity, Respect, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Mutual Benefits) and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
任职要求：
At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including research, advertising, management consulting,media and publishing, preferably with Multinational Companies.
Proven ability to lead and manage large projects as well as teams on multiple sizable accounts simultaneously.
S/he will be familiar with best-practice communications tactics and public relations tools and will be able to appropriately recommend them to executive-level clients and lead the execution of all related projects in house.
Good research, writing and editing skills (both English and Chinese), as well as the ability to interact with clients professionally and maintain relationships with media members.
Strong writing skills complimented with extensive media release drafting experience.
Good management skills to lead 3-4 team members.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is highly preferred.
