直接再买一遍，系统会提示不能购买已购买的东西，再去看，游戏已经入库了
我原来买GTA5的时候也是和你一样的情况，又是截图又是写英文邮件申诉，差不多五六天的时候游戏入库了。后来买了一款小游戏（Hero Siege 超级好玩）付款成功，页面没有跳转，游戏没有入库，等了两个多小时也没有反应。也懒的申诉了，反正就几十块钱，就没有管它了。过了两三天样子邮件提醒我游戏购买成功已经入库。所以题主如果比较心急不放心的话就写封邮件给客服申诉，附上付款成功支付宝截图。一周内能入库。如果无所谓不着急的话等几天就好了～
