Job Title Customer Service SupportJob Description1. 负责测试用轮胎国内寄售的物流安排，以及轮胎进出口联络、物流安排和清关，更新上海仓库数据库2. 更新零部件销售和运输数据，制作电子版发票供财务开票3. 制作物流及仓储费用付款申请4. 整理客户的月量产计划，用于每周生产计划预测会议 Routine Work:1. Preparation of invoice documents2. Preparation of customs clearance documents3. Consolidate FC data in coordination with customers and KAM team, and prepare monthly FC meeting file.4. Record and monitor stock movements in Shanghai RDC and consignment warehouses5. Follow-up timely payment of invoices6.
