中航安盟财险新品申报被禁三个月
北京商报讯(记者&马元月&陈婷婷)继叫停多款类博彩性质的保险产品后，监管层的清查风暴又吹向了农险领域。昨日，保监会发出监管函，要求中航安盟财险立即停用存在报备问题的四款保险产品，并勒令其在三个月内禁止申报新的农业保险条款和保险费率。
保监会在监管函中指出，在中航安盟财险上报保监会的《关于对四川省森林保险产品进行报备的报告》与《关于对吉林省农作物种植成本保险产品进行报备的报告》中，开办日期填写有误、产品修改对比表填写有误，与后附政府文件不一致；与此同时，在《关于对吉林省育肥猪养殖保险产品进行报备的报告》中，保险条款与备案表关于保险责任的表述不一致。而在《关于对陕西省育肥肉羊养殖等保险产品进行报备的报告》中，保险责任与责任免除中同时出现地震责任。
对此，保监会指出，中航安盟财险上述行为违反了《农业保险条例》。相关规定显示，在农业保险合同有效期内，合同当事人不得因保险标的的危险程度发生变化增加保险费或者解除农业保险合同；属于财政给予保险费补贴的险种的保险条款和保险费率，保险机构应当在充分听取省、自治区、直辖市人民政府财政、农业、林业部门和农民代表意见的基础上拟订。
为加强对保险产品的管理，保监会要求中航安盟财险立即停止使用上述违规产品，并要求该公司对产品开发工作进行全面自查，梳理产品开发中存在的类似问题并进行整改。
此外，针对中航安盟财险近半年来产品备案工作多次出现问题，保监会指出，中航安盟财险自接到监管函之日起三个月内，禁止该公司申报新的农业保险条款和保险费率。
