应该可以解决，设置成xp兼容模式（或者可以试试98模式），2.exe. Please contact your administrator解决方法. 运行CitiesXL. 右击CitiesXL：1, You do not have sufficient access privileges to install the game，3，并勾选Run As Administrator（以管理员身份运行）.exe. 进入安装目录. Method verify Access failed1
