徐宏喜教授,现为上海中医药大学教授、博士生导师、上海中医药大学中药学院院长。国家中组部“千人计划”特聘教授,上海市首批特聘专家。1994年获得日本富山医科药科大学国立和汉药研究所药学博士学位。并于新加坡国立大学化学系及加拿大Dalhousie大学微生物学系进行博士後研究工作。曾先后受聘于香港中文大学中药研究中心科学主任、香港和记黄埔(中国)有限公司副总经理兼高级医药顾问,上海和黄药业有限公司董事兼研究开发总监。年,担任赛马会中药研究院副总裁兼中药研究室。徐教授至今已发表SCI论文200多篇。H指数为37,入选2014年及2015年中国高被引用榜。拥有1项PCT专利以及6项美国专利。[1]

徐教授的主要社会兼职包括:中华中医药学会中药实验药理学分会主任、世界中医药协会联合会中药分析专业委员会副会长、世中联中药鉴定专业委员会副会长、全国中医药高等教育学会中药教育研究会第三届理事会副理事长、国际现代化中医药学术会议联席主席、上海市侨界知识分子联谊会第八届理事会常务理事、上海市药学会中药专业委员会主任委员、国际国内十余种学术刊物的编委、现代化中医药国际协会创会董事等职。先后应邀前往美国、日本、新加坡、韩国、巴西、加拿大、奥地利、印度等国家以及台湾、香港、等地做学术报告。[1]
徐宏喜研究方向和领域
主要研究领域包括中药活性成分及药效评价研究,中药新药开发以及中药质量控制分析方法研究等。重点进行病毒、肿瘤、耐药菌及糖尿病等重大疾病的中药防治与药效评价研究,阐明中药药效物质基础及作用机制,研发具有自主知识产权的创新药物。[2]
徐宏喜抗病毒及抗耐药菌中药药理机制研究
从事中药及其活性成分抗病毒及抗耐药菌药理作用机制研究。已建立抗(HSV和EV71)筛选平台及基于MgrA靶标蛋白荧光探针的高通量筛选体系,致力于阐明中药抗病毒和抗金黄色葡萄球菌耐药菌活性物质基础,揭示其药效作用机制,发现活性强、毒性小、选择性高的先导化合物。
徐宏喜抗肿瘤中药药理作用机制研究
从事中药及其活性成分抗肿瘤药理作用机制研究。已建立分子、细胞及动物水平的抗肿瘤药物筛选及药效评价模型,重点开展肝癌、前列腺癌及胰腺癌的体内外药效筛选和药效评价,致力于从中草药和天然产物中寻找抗肿瘤先导化合物,阐明其诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、调节自噬、抑制转移及防止复发等药效作用机制。近年来重点开展中国产藤黄属植物中具有抗肿瘤活性的PPAPs类和xanthones类成分的鉴定及其作用机制研究。
