香煎青红椒鸡中翼的做法步骤
1. 先把鸡翼两面划花面，用蚝油生姜料酒腌半个小时
2. 青红椒切丝，葱白小红椒切圈，放在一边备用
3. 热煎锅放鸡翼、煎到两面金黄色，大概五分钟左右，煎好先盛出放在一旁
4. 热锅放油，放葱白小红椒爆香，再放青红椒丝炒香
5. 放煎好的鸡翼下锅，放生抽老抽盐，炒均匀，放点清水，中小火焖3-4分钟左右，用筷子戳一下鸡翼试一下有没有熟透。
煎鸡翼的时候不用放油煎更香

Public Art
Candy Chang is currently creating a large-scale participatory mural in Philadelphia. Inspired by the I Ching, The Atlas of Tomorrow will be a device for philosophical reflection that includes 64 fable-like guides to help people contemplate their lives and destigmatize discussion around mental health. Scheduled to open in April 2016, the project is a collaboration with The City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program, the Department of Behavioral Health and Disability Services, and other local organizations. Chang invites all to paint the mural with her and join in on conversations and reflective events around mental health from January through April 2016.

Exhibition
The Onassis Cultural Centre in Athens, Greece will feature three of Chang’s installations, including Before I Die, Confessions, and The School of the Future in the exhibition 3 Experiments in the City by Candy Chang.
