淘豆网网友近日为您收集整理了关于伟巴斯特创新驱动发展研究的文档，希望对您的工作和学习有所帮助。以下是文档介绍：车顶系统和车载预热系统供应商伟巴斯特(Webasto)在本届上海车展上展示了最新天窗及加热器技术。秉承全球布局、卓越品质原则,伟巴斯特关注创新研发的同时,也进一步加速中国业务发展,伟巴斯特集团董事会主席Holger Engelmann博士在车展期间的新闻发布会上表示,公司将持续加大在华投入。展示创新解决方案伟巴斯特在此次上海车展上推出了一系列最新天窗技术。其中,首次在中国展示的多元化车顶模块是一个全新解决方案,通过一个白车身接口,能够提供众多车顶模块选择,也就是说不同的车顶模块可以安装在同一个车身上,整车厂可以灵活选择所需的车顶模块,满足不同客户需求。据介绍,伟巴斯特能提供的车顶模块包括普通喷漆车顶、可开启全景天窗车顶、经典折叠天窗车顶、太阳能天窗车顶等。全球首款带红外线吸收功能的全景天窗也在中国首次展示。它不仅可以防热,还采用了防碎聚碳酸酯材料。这是全球最大的注塑成型、带有吸热颗粒涂层的透明车顶,通过阻止红外线进入车内,可以防止车内温度大幅升高,从而减少空调制冷的需求。与玻璃材质天窗相比,重量减轻高达50%,可显著降低油耗。此外,伟巴斯特也展出了对成本和重量进行优化的模块化天窗平台,以及太阳能车顶。在加热系统方面,伟巴斯特展出了专为电动车和混合动力车研发的高压电加热系统(HVH),该加热系统首次采用了伟巴斯特创新的分层热膜技术,工作效率高达99%,几乎可以无损耗地将电力转化为热量,实现车厢内高效供暖。同时展出的新一代车载预热系统Thermo Top Evo可以通过手机客户端软件智能控制,用户无论身处何地都可以直接启动或提前24h预设定时启动车载预热系统.Air Top 2000 ST气暖加热系统则具备新鲜空气与循环空气加热2种工作模式,可以更强劲、更经济、更灵活地为卡车、厢式货车或轻型商用车提供热源。持续加大在华投入创新是伟巴斯特100多年来引领行业发展的基石。作为车顶系统的领先供应商,伟巴斯特在全球的市场占有率超过50%,在中国市场亦处于领先位置自2001年进入中国市场以来.伟巴斯特在国内已建立10家工厂。Holger Engelmann博士强调,中国已经成为全球最大汽车市场,也是伟巴斯特最大市场,伟巴斯特致力于把更多创新产品引入中国,并进一步加大在中国的投入。有关统计数据显示,目前中国市场近50%的新车带有传统天窗或全景天窗,而外资品牌的天窗装配率达60%,豪华车品牌更是接近100%二从消费者调研来看,80%的消费者青睐带有可开启天窗的车型,且全景天窗的应用潜力非常大:伟巴斯特车顶系统中国区总裁兼首席执行官Freddy Geeraerds认为,汽车产量的增长以及天窗尺寸升级,将推动中国汽车天窗业务的发展。正是看到中国市场的强劲需求,近年来伟巴斯特加速在中国的经营布局,不断提升本土化制造及研发能力。2014年伟巴斯特在中国新开了2家工厂,今后几年还将进一步扩大在华产能,以实现未来5年中国天窗产量翻番的目标。Freddy Geeraerds表示: “伟巴斯特在中国将遵循全球统一标准和流程,卓越的制造、研发和品质是公司在中国长久发展的根基。”目前伟巴斯特已拥有成熟的本土研发团队,能够为中国市场量身定制创新的天窗产品。口万方数据播放器加载中，请稍候...
