She asks for 10 charms which you will be able to find in future dungeons.
You have to fulfill certain requirements to get passed him. I forgot which exactly. Try talking to everyone, checking the convenience store, etc.
This is a question to anyone. How in the world do you recruit the flame spear girl ナタタイシ? I been trying everything, but I can't seem to get her...

I finished the game, I just talked to the goddess in the 7th floor of the
dungeon in the right side of TOKYO district, Removed YATAGARASU from
my party (the tengu girl) and was somehow able to pass the girl that
was blocking the way to beelzebub's dungeon on the left side of TOKYO
After that you need to have YATAGARASU again on your party to be
able to recruit FENRIR in your party which is on the left lower part
of beelzebub's dungeon.
Then just defeat beelzebub in the upper right part of the dungeon and
return to where the goddess is and you will be able to fight her and
recruit her.
Then on the TOKYO district go to the part above where beelzebub's
dungeon is and you will see a red dot (person) and go left from there,
you will be asked if you want to advance, say yes and a previous
boss will spawn, defeat her and head to the starting town SHINJUKU
and go the upper right part of the map...
After that try to aproach the path which leads up into a tall building
and the same previous boss will spawn, defeat her to be able to
recruit her and head into the last dungeon.
In here you will fight 3 bosses, one in each floor plus the last boss
which has 81,000 HP...
The first boss is the pregnant horned girl you fought in the beggining,
the second is the girl in a bussiness girl which has a taser on her hand,
and finally the mistress which manages the demon girl dungeon.
If you did not recruit these first 2 bosses before you can now recruit
them too, If you did recruit them before the recruit dialog choices will
not appear upon defeat.
As for the mistress you can recruit her in the 3rd floor finally, and
after that the last boss...
After notes:
The game was really fun and had that Persona-ish vibe. I decrypted
the data files and opened the game in RPG Maker VX Ace's editor, And
there is a map of japan with aditional districts like DAIBA and I think
3 or 4 more districts...
I guess future updates will continue the adventure with maybe more
demon girls and bosses since honestly speaking at the end you're given
a key item which apparently as no purpose but is related to the plot...
That and there really was no ending... You beat the last boss, exit the
dungeon and that's it for now it seems...

TOKYO天魔Ver1.0版本简易攻略（日语渣，不懂剧情）
一楼喂度娘，顺便先唠叨下，这游戏的1.0版本实在太坑了，我重玩了5变才通的关有木有，BOSS各种出错有木有，强迫症让我明知道那里是陷阱也要过去踩有木有，不说了......说多了都是泪......
在正式攻略开始前，我先把属性解释发出来对，就是它，除了大部分中文字以外，还有一些看不懂的日文字，我在这里解释下，第四个就是速度，而倒数第四个就是暴击几率，也就是会心一击几率，倒数第二个就是物品使用速度，最后一个就是人物的嘲讽能力。然后自然就是阵容的配置了，本人在这里少有心得，推荐几个不错的人选，如有补充，不胜感谢。首先是主角，主角是没技能用的，所以我强力推荐：主加力量、速度、暴击几率。力量和暴击在好的装备支持下可以拟补没有技能的缺陷，而速度足够高则可以触发连击，如此一来输出就不成问题了。再来是肉盾，肉盾在这里我个人推荐人选为骑士娘，骑士娘的技能有回血和复活，走图不用太担心什么，加点也就是体力、力量、以及最下面的嘲讽，我就是这样加的，说实话，我这样的加法玩到结束，我的骑士娘还没死过一次。再来就是法师，至于法师么，前期我推荐，她的技能有全体伤害，在前期打一些物理防御较高的敌人效果很不错，加点无疑也就是魔力与施法速度，你说后期要那个？额...我队伍里后期没有法师。你问我不用法师能玩？当然可以，没法师我照样可以秒怪，我的阵容打BOSS都不用第三个回合。至于原因，就是她：这小丫头的身板极其脆弱，如你们所见，她三十四级HP连550都不到，这还是我用过药剂才到的血线，不然，我估计她只能有500-左右，而且她还极为淘气，属于那种不能控制的类型，并且她和主角一样，只能普攻。那，如此脆弱的且有个性的小姑娘强在哪里呢？也很简单，她天生自带90%的暴击几率和85%闪避几率......之后啊...力量速度对点，只要她活着，没有BOSS能撑过第三个回合。以上，属于个人的一些阵容和加点推荐，还是那句话，如有补充，不胜感激。
好了正式攻略开始，刚一上来主角在自己房间里，这个时候就会有几个选项要你选择，别太在意，选项的不同将决定你最初的同伴以及最后的阵容，在我看来，这问题不大，根据选项你可能获得天狗娘或者是狼人娘。首先是第一张地图，会遇到史莱姆娘，和小妖精，史莱姆娘可以直接用嘴炮收服，而小妖精则是需要外加500G才能收服再经历了地铁的第一次开战与第一次那啥之后，出了地铁首先就和第一张地图全部的NPC对一次话，然后就走上地图左上部分房子，开始和调·教屋老板娘开战，轻松的赢了之后，继续在这地图生个两三级就可以往上面的二星地图出发了。
然后是第二个地图，这里可以遇到的敌人有骑士娘、海怪娘（别在意称呼）、小妖精，前两者都可以用嘴炮收服，小妖精则是在上一个地图就说过了。一来之后，老习惯，先和全地图的NPC对话，然后来到地图左下角的神殿，在里面你将有遇到新的敌人，请注意，我个人是不推荐在主角八级之前和她对打的，她的AOE技能伤害在前期还是很高的，她无法被嘴炮收服，需要三个才可以将她纳入后宫。这是神殿的地图，红叉表示陷阱，E表示出口，爱心表示回复站，SR表示调·教屋，黄点是宝箱，蓝点是机关，红点是BOSS，切记：宝箱还有很多，我记的不是很清楚，总而言之，如果你从这个地图出来没能收集完三个，那就说明你漏了东西。在开了两个机关之后，就可以走最初进不去的大门了，之后你就会遇到BOSS（哎，不堪回首的记忆......）余到她之后她会给你两个选项，选第二个会和她开打，打赢了如果不给她5000G她会直接消失......（5000G天使名称的由来）最最重要的是！你如果硬打，就算给了钱，你的游戏也会卡在第四个地图，无法继续下去，所以，老老实实的选第一个选项吧，然后去下面的三星城市，收人也好，打钱也罢，反正就是别选第二个，否则，你将成为被坑大众中的一员。（好了，先这样吧，我先去吃个宵夜。）
好了，攻略继续，在下打字慢，大家别在意哈。之后就是三星城市，在这里呢会碰到新的敌人——虎娘、地缚灵、小丫头，虎娘在队伍里有骑士娘的时候可以打败后收服，地缚灵则是需要十个附身符，小丫头则是可以直接收服。由于有地缚灵的关系，之前我所推荐的海怪娘就派上了用场，地缚灵的物理免伤太高了，推荐用海怪娘直接群攻法术带走，如果没信心就选逃吧，护身符在之后的地图里可以拿到，前期不用太在意。小丫头，如果遇上了就收了吧，她给你的惊喜绝对出乎意料。正式攻略流程：老规矩，一上来先和全地图的NPC对话，在确认好了自己的团队后，保证自己身上的存款有1100+，然后你就可以去地图的商店了，进入商店地图后，你会发现“鬼”挡在门前面，当队伍里有天狗娘时，赢了之后可以收服，之后就进商店，买各一个，然后就可以进入左边的迷宫了。这是迷宫一楼的地图，我们要做的就是绕路走到左边的U，去上楼，黑点表示不能进入，它需要从里面打开。在迷宫里，我们可能会碰到的新敌人有——口裂女、食人花、JK娘，食人花可以直接嘴炮收服，口裂女则是需要我们之前就买了的“黄泉返生之水”，而JK娘则是需要三个所以前期就不用太在意了，老老实实在第一层里打宝练级吧，竟可能攒够5000G，额，至少我五次都是这样玩的......攒够了之后，等级也应该够了，然后就往下一层出发吧。
这是第二层的地图，在钱攒够了之后，你就可以不用太在意什么了，我可以很明确的告诉你，只要你每一层地图都像我这样走完，并且队伍里带着小丫头，那么，你已经无敌了。（前提是小丫头要活着。）之后就是第三层，你会遇到个BOSS，这个BOSS我有点映像，打赢之后选第二个选项，如果有骑士娘在，她还会骂你声HAITAI，可萌了~（我说的是骑士娘，我不喜欢巨·乳的，看我的名字你们应该就知道。）然后是第四层，没什么特别要说的。然后是最后一层，有个BOSS，相当重口，因此，虽然她也是被秒的命，但还是让我有了点映像。之后打够了钱的朋友就可以往最右边的城市出发了（PS：注意！如果是有极强收集欲望，或者是有强迫症的玩家，则可以继续在这迷宫的1L刷口裂女，刷够10个基盘后对之后的收集有帮助。）
让我们继续攻略，在到了这个地图之后，你的主要路线会被一个NPC卡住，别急，老规矩，先和全图的NPC对话，然后就去商店，之后你就会看到我们这次的目标——黑精灵。收服之后就可以回二星地图找5000G天使了。如果路上遇到了小妖精，且你的存款超过5500G，那么就可以把她收了。见了5000G天使后，自然要开始boss战，我记得我当初因为好奇进了研究馆，然后又因为强迫症把地图探完了，出来的时候大家都20+了，打她好像还没用一回合......之后可以在BOSS身后的房间里拿到整个神殿迷宫里最后一个森之XXX，然后大家就可以随便把也收服了。切记她的出现几率略低，而且需要两个一起出现才能进入交涉选项，我当初好像在里面逛了半小时才收得......
