男子变造车牌“F”变“E” 被查后谎称孩子贪玩贴的（图）

　　岳阳司机胡某为防止闯红灯被抓拍，将号牌变造。8月22日，在经过安定收费站时被省高警局岳阳支队平江大队民警查获并依法行政拘留。
　　8月22日上午，平江大队民警在平汝高速安定收费站执勤时，一辆红色的小轿车引起了民警的注意。通过检查，发现该车使用的是变造的号牌。民警现场查获该车前后车牌用蓝色贴片将“湘F”变造成了“湘E”。当告知胡某这种行为要拘留时，胡某却狡辩这并不是他本人所为，谎称是自家孩子贪玩贴的。最终，驾驶人胡某交代，因为他家门口出门就有红绿灯，一不小心就被抓拍，为了躲避抓拍他便想出了变造号牌的歪点子。
&&& 民警对胡某的行为进行了严肃的批评教育，并依法对其处以驾驶证记12分，罚款3500元，行政拘留5日的处罚。
