公司在公告中还提到，&因市场低迷，为了提升公司经营利润，经公司管理层和财务核算研究决定&。
此外，在玩游戏砸锤子期间，每日出勤时间调整为早6点到晚12点，不得请假迟到早退，如拒绝服从请直接办理辞职手续。
对此，该公司工作人员表示确有其事。该公司行政负责人张先生在电话采访中表示：&确有其事，我们在3月19日下达了这个通知。公司管理层和财务部门经过研究和核算，参加钉钉这个游戏获得的奖品价值比我们外贸业务员完成的销售额还要高。所有我们做出了停工一周玩游戏的决定。&
该公司所参加的游戏是阿里钉钉企业开工狂欢月活动中的砸锤子游戏。 目前，该公司公告内容已经开始实施。
