. 打开刨冰机盖，用干布擦净刨冰漕，检查刀片安装是否牢固。2. 检查电源线及插头有无破损、漏电现象，接触是否良好， 关闭开关，插上电源。3.将刨冰机盖打开，投入适量的冰块盖上盖。4.按下刨冰机前端的启动开关。5.根据需要调整刀刃调解柄即可加工各种粗细不同的刨冰。6.使用冰块直径在4-5cm为最佳，也可将大块冰砸成小块使用。使用保养注意事项1、轧冰时应在起动碎冰机后达到额定运转数后方可轧冰，严禁先进冰后起动。2、轧冰结束应将机体内的冰块轧尽放出后关机，严禁机体内存冰关机。 3、维修时对拆卸装复的轴，应保持0.2-0.5的轴向间隙。 4、经常检查各部位的螺栓，若有松动要及时拧紧，经常在运转的齿面上加适量的润滑油。对轴承每季度加注一次润滑脂。
