发表了一篇国际会议论文，如果再投核心期刊，是否属于一稿多投？？？
我近期参加了一个国际学术会议，其中一篇文章被收录，但该会议论文集只作内部交流，并印刷成集，但不做商业化出版发行。
这篇文章是否可以再投稿期刊发表；如果投稿期刊，是否属于一稿多投？
因之前看到许多类似情况，同一篇文章同时被学术会议和英文期刊收录，并发表。
敬请大家指点一二，呵呵，不胜感激！！！
我也参加过这样的会议,只是内部交流,出版的论文集无刊号
然后改成中文,投了中文的学报并录用
同意观点。
如果没有其他要求的话，肯定不算一稿多投。
没有刊号的文章，没有人承认。不算工作量，也不算科研成果。
顶多在投稿时说一下参加过学术交流，如果刊物档次低都不用说。
