这里有红心、黑心、蓝心
　　血量：这个显而易见，个人的血量包括4种：红心，蓝心（魂心），黑心（邪心）和白心。在血条中从左到右依次是红心、白心、蓝心/黑心。这里蓝心和黑心是根据你拾取的顺序决定的。所有类型的血量的总和的最大值是12颗心，受伤的时候，从右往左依次减。
　　红心：大部分角色的主要血量属性，唯一的一种永久性血量。红心的上限称之为心之容器（Heart Cotainers），可以被各种效果增加或者减少。拾取地上的红心可以补充空的心之容器。
　　蓝心：也称作魂心。附着在血量条的右端，是一种暂时性的血量。蓝心受到伤害不会影响恶魔、天使房出现的几率，但是会影响Basement boy等无伤成就的达成。
　　黑心：也称邪心，是一种特殊的魂心，基本性质和蓝心一致，但是当你失去一颗黑心的时候，会对全屏幕的敌人造成伤害，如果你血量满12个，黑心就会挤掉一颗蓝心。
　　白心：也就是圣心，永远以半边的状态出现，如果获得了两个半边的白心，它们就会合成一个心之容器。此外，当你带着半颗白心到下一层的时候，也会自动变成一个心之容器。白心永远附着在最右边的心之容器上，在蓝心/黑心的左端。
