are these preload or normal gcfs? whats with the chinese padding files? are those like crc ?

so.. what do i do with these, can i jsut dump them in steamapps of a cracked steam (undead patch) and run the games?

use UCL 1.1 with the newest SteamEmu (3.75).
too lazy to get the URLs for you, but its easy to find here.

yeh i downloaded ONLY portal content and portal english , game works just fine , except for that bug with the voices.. cant hear them... but pls seed it
