不行就卸载IE9使用360安全卫士这种软件修复一下看看

开始——控制面板，有的话 ，在控制面板里找到“时种，再点击 “更改显示语言”再点击“安装/卸载语言”再点击“安装显示语言”再点击“window update”
在这里看看有没有 可以获得的更新、语言和区域” 点击 进入，确定，成功后，点击 进入 有一个选项“用于基于 x64 的系统的 Windows 7 的 Windows Internet Explorer 9 语言包 更新类型: 可选” 打钩，就是中文的了，更新，再打开IE，会出现有可选的更新
没有中文包或者中文包被损坏要么就去下个中文包要么就卸载重下载安装，地址和卸载的方法我博客里有，卸载用一般的方法不行
