肥胖、糖尿病、痛风等代谢疾病大都是与营养有关的代谢疾病，也就是今天所谓的富贵病。对于这些代谢疾病的流行，进行生活方式干预非常必要。　　事实上，营养对保健的意义为中西医所共同重视。牟善初教授不仅是杰出的现代医学内科专家，更多次直接为开国元勋制定营养方案。中医名家陈可冀院士曾说，优质的动物蛋白质有利于人体内脏健康，而植物性食物对预防心血管疾病有益。针对高梁味厚所发生的疾病，中国古代中医的营养干预方案值得推介。最应该发掘的就是食饵技术。　　食饵技术不同于食疗技术。在《食疗本草》、《饮膳正要》等古代文献中，食物用来治疗特种疾病，这种医疗手段称之为食疗。而食饵技术则是针对贵族、士人或道教领袖所指定的特种营养干预，也就是用来纠正富足生活所带来的代谢问题和衰老问题的。　　在孙思邈《千金食治》中，既保存有大量的食疗内容，也记载了大量的食饵内容。而明代中医名家龚居中在《福寿丹书》中，单列服食篇，专门解说食饵技术。古代的食饵技术，经常以复方形式出现，并有相应的炮制工艺，如糊丸、蜜丸、水泛丸等。这些中华民族的生存经验成为我们今天战胜代谢疾病的宝贵经验。　　在《尚书》中，殷纣王在祭祀之外的日子酒肉无度，被认为是亡国之兆。“旧时王谢堂前燕，飞入寻常百姓家。”春节前后，富裕的人们甚至连续数周沉浸酒肉之间，主食摄入不足，造成了代谢疾病流行。对此，应进行必要的营养干预，或使古代食饵技术可以服务当代平民百姓。　　健康中国高峰论坛副秘书长聂文涛医生认为，现代行为医学近年来已经在全世界兴起。至此，由中国政策科学培训中心、吴阶平医学基金会、中国人生科学学会、中国中医药研究促进会举办的健康中国高峰论坛，由牟善初教授、陈可冀院士等做名誉主任，原中央保健局王敏清局长做主任，汇聚众多名家，必将推进中国营养干预健康教育工作。来源：人民网
