如何让孩子戒除网瘾
&“网瘾”可谓互联网成瘾综合征（简称IAD）。即对现实生活冷漠，而对虚拟的网络游戏、情爱、信息等沉溺、痴迷。心理学认为“网瘾”是一种精神病。一般轻度的症状表现为对于除了电脑网络以外的任何事物都毫无兴趣，或是极力逃避现实，封闭自己与外界的沟通，更严重的会发展到对自己或他人的肢体进行攻击或摧残。
　　普通人变成“网虫”大约经过了对网络的好奇、喜爱到着迷等三个阶段。一般认为，性格内向不太爱与人交往的人以及想从网络中得到某种答案或追求完美的人，往往会在接触了网络后过分沉溺，以至于产生不同程度的网络性心理障碍。他们想通过网络来抒发、宣泄自己的情感，以弥补在现实生活中感情上的空缺。如果在网上有呼应，便会产生共鸣，似乎找到了知己。但一旦发现对方与自己理想的标准有太大距离时，便会情绪失落，产生抑郁甚至厌世的情绪，许多家庭也因为孩子网瘾问题而导致家庭没有了以前的欢乐，甚至带来了家庭的危机。这里我整理了关于网瘾及戒网瘾方面的文章，供你参考，愿你家庭和睦幸福！
诱发网瘾的三种因素：首先，很多父母的教育方法存在问题，导致孩子成为网瘾患者。许多家长只懂得限制子女上网，而不懂得如何转移子女对上网的注意力，培养子女新的爱好。其次，还有许多学生在日常的学习生活当中体会不到学习成功的乐趣，而上网打游戏，可以获得虚拟奖励，自我得到肯定，宣泄学习不成功带来的压抑。第三是由于人际关系不好，希望上网逃避现实。许多学生性格内向、猜忌心强，碰到问题时没能及时解决就沉迷于网络。
判断孩子有瘾的方法“不合常理”是判断的关键。比如通宵上网，逃课辍学；除了上网高度专注外，对学习容易烦躁，甚至狂躁，个别人甚至会与网友同居。敌视父母，是这些孩子的共同特点。由于缺乏沟通，他们的父母普遍将电脑视为妖魔鬼怪，对此他们极为反感，认为他们不懂电脑，与时代脱节；他们专注于网络带来的眼前刺激和快乐，对父母苦口婆心的劝导相当反感。他们往往从小都被家长宠爱，习惯于以自我为中心，出了问题，总是归恨他人。一旦父母干涉上网，或卡住经济来源，就变得不可理喻，甚至会大打出手，不时拿不上学、离家出走威胁父母。
网瘾的危害一、浪费时间。游戏开发商和网吧经营者为了吸引和留住人，在游戏中设置了好多关口和陷阱，使得游戏者一步步沉迷其中，甚至通宵达旦，废寝忘食。二、危害健康。如果沉迷于网络游戏，会更加缺乏人际交流，产生自闭倾向。青年人长期沉迷于网络和游戏，左前脑发育受到伤害后，会进一步影响右脑发育，处于亚健康状态或直接导致心理障碍。三、人格异化。网络游戏大多以“攻击、战斗、竞争”为主要成分，长期玩飚车、砍杀、爆破、枪战等游戏，火爆刺激的内容容易使游戏者模糊道德认知，淡化游戏虚拟与现实生活的差异，误认为这种通过伤害他人而达成目的的方式是合理的。一旦形成了这种错误观点，便会不择手段，欺诈、偷盗甚至对他人施暴。目前，因为玩电子游戏而引发的道德失范、行为越轨甚至违法犯罪的问题正逐渐增多，暴力、色情游戏甚至被一些人称为电子海洛因。医学专家介绍，“网络成瘾症”可造成人体植物神经紊乱，体内激素水平失衡，使免疫功能降低，引发紧张性头疼、焦虑、忧郁等。
如何帮助孩子有效戒除网瘾？第一步
统一认识不要认为那些患有网隐症的孩子特别喜欢上网，很多时候，他们是依赖网络不是喜欢网络，他们是拿自己没办法。所以我们在“怒其不争”的同时，也应该有“哀其不幸”的感情。很多父母对患有网隐的孩子采取粗暴的制止和严厉的斥责，这往往不能奏效而且会起到相反的作用。所以，最明智的做法是，停止对孩子上网的干涉，找一个孩子比较平静的时候，心平气和地跟孩子谈一下。先不要谈家人对他的期望和对他自己学业的荒废，因为这些压力过大，会让孩子因为逃避而更加沉迷网络。我们应该积极地唤醒孩子对他目前状态的认识。下面的提问方式和切入角度在实践中取得了比较好的效果。你快乐吗？当你在网上游戏或者冲浪的时候，你是否有一刻想到下网后会面对什么，是否因此而感到玩得不太踏实？你喜欢你目前的生活状态吗？现在的生活是你真的想要的吗？你是否想到过有一天你不再整天上网，而过着让你自豪的生活？你是否想到过也许戒除网隐并非想象的那么难，只不过自己的方法不对？我们的目的是在尽可能不让孩子感到惭愧和压力的时候，引导孩子反观现在的状态，同时倾听内心积极的声音，并且初步建立孩子的信心，从而激发孩子内存的戒网动机。我们必须明确，我们讨厌的不是孩子，而是孩子身上已经形成的对网络的依赖的惯性，我们应该与孩子统一战线，共同消灭孩子身上的这个“惯性”。一旦我们在这方面和孩子达到认识上的统一，我们就成功了一半。第二步 制订计划统一认识后，我们稍微隔一两天就可以和孩子一起来制订计划。制订计划的内容随孩子的具体情况而定，但原则是循序渐进。首先是分阶段地缩短孩子上网的时间。可以以五天为一个阶段，第一阶段缩短时间的比例大约在百分之十以下。之所以把目标制订的这么低，是为了建立孩子的信心，找回孩子自控的感觉。第二阶段，要增加难度，减少时间的比例不要超过百分之十五。以此类推，以至于孩子将于每天上网的时间控制在半小时以内。其次，我们应该创建孩子其他的生活内容，比如每天用半个小时的时间来学习一样新的东西，或者接触一个新的领域，比如打篮球、学围棋等。第三步 严格执行制订的目标可以很低，但是执行却必须严格，这个时候父母一定要坚定地介入，一方面唤起孩子当初制订计划的想法，一方面坚定地执行。孩子很想戒掉网瘾，但是因为“瘾”的作用，他可以做出违背自己内心意愿的事情。这个时候，我们不管孩子如何反对、怎样乞求，都要“顶住”。万事开头难，在计划刚刚执行的时候，我们尤其要坚定地确立我们的原则，打破孩子通融的幻想。
对于爱上网的人来说，其实最主要的还是要克制住自己，要有决心不上网或尽量少上网，否则一切都没用。人一生所有的事分成三类，第一类是可做的，比如读书；第二类是不可做的，比如说犯罪；第三类是可做可不做的，比如说上网。一个人可做可不做的事做得越少，可做的事做得就越多，他也就会变得越成功。在现实世界，人难免会感受到种种压抑，在适当的程度和范围内利用网络进行调解是可以的。但是，网络是绝对不能代替现实世界，因为网络知识现实世界的一个组成部分，是依附于现实世界而存在的。如果在现实世界中人的身心健康、生存发展不能得到保障，那么迷恋网络必然成为病态，导致身体日益崩溃。而所迷恋的网络本是虚幻的，是不存在的，这样就会害得你一无所有了。因此，上网一定要注意适度，最好能预先制定合理的是仰望时间，千万不能影响正常的学习工作和休息。
电脑是一种工具，是给我们用的，而不是玩的；学会用的人是聪明人，只会玩的人则是愚蠢的。
什么是聪明人？聪明人一会认识错误，二会改正错误，三会不重复犯错，最聪明的人还会不犯别人犯过的错误。
1、每天给自己制定个计划，把时间排的满满的，不要给自己留有上网的时间。
2、多参加学校、班级组织的一些活动，多去与同学们交流沟通。
3、如果自制力不行的话，不妨找一个好朋友监督自己；如果犯错误，就要惩罚自己。 慢慢的，你上网的兴趣就会转移到学习工作中去。
坚持下去，奇迹会出现的。
